1. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and accept that participation in the event is entirely at your own risk. The event organisers and associated parties will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of your participation.

2. Fitness to Participate
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and medically fit to participate in the event on the scheduled day. If you have any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your ability to safely participate in the event or any associated activities, you must consult with your General Practitioner (GP) prior to registration. You are also advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any risks associated with your participation.

3. Medical Information and Insurance
You are required to provide us with accurate and complete medical information, including details of any illnesses, injuries, or allergies, that may affect your participation. This information will be collected through a secure form and will be handled with the utmost confidentiality by the event organizers.

4. Data Collection and Use
When you register for the event, we collect certain personal information necessary to process your registration. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in the event. If you provide your consent, we may also contact you with information about other activities, services, or campaigns that we believe may be of interest to you.

5. Fundraising Commitment
By participating in the Tea Bagun Run, you agree to raise a minimum of £1,200 per person. You pledge to raise at least 80% of this amount (i.e., £960) one week before the event, with the remaining balance to be raised during or after the event.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations
EVE Foundation reserves the right to change the date, time, or other details of the event, or to cancel the event if necessary. In the event of any such changes or cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.
